Another recipe, and a giveaway!

Collard Wraps with Spiced Aioli Dipping Sauce

Our publisher posted another recipe from Powerful Paleo Superfoods on their website this week: Collard Wraps with Spiced Aioli Dipping Sauce. I haven’t tried it yet, so I can’t vouch for it personally, but I’ve seriously enjoyed all the recipes I have tried from the book and have high hopes for the rest of them. Check it out, and let me know what you think if you try it!

And now, a chance to win a signed (by me) copy of the book for your very own, a whole week before it’s released! Of course, you can always preorder it too, but if you want to enter, leave me a comment here, on my Facebook author page (Julia Maranan, Author), or on Twitter (@juliamaranan), by 5 pm (EST) on Friday, April 25, telling me why you’d like to read the book. I will choose a name at random, list the winner in the comments on this entry, on Facebook, and on Twitter, and mail out the winner’s signed copy priority mail first thing Saturday morning. Good luck!

I have already pre-ordered the book, but I’d be happy to give that copy to someone I know and have my very own copy signed by you! A few months ago we started the adoption process. We were reading on ways to help our 4-year old son catch up and learned that sometimes eliminating gluten can be helpful. We also noticed that he would get a rash around his mouth when wheat-based products touched his face. So I asked for recommendations on FB and one of the books that was recommended to me was a Paleo book. So over the course of a few months we went gluten free, and now I wonder if I am also sensitive to gluten, so it’s been a meaningful switch all the way around. We eat Paleo a couple of times a week because it’s fun. Ha!
